During this promotion period, when you refer a friend and they purchase a new computer, you get a $50 referral credit usable towards anything in our store! Pretty easy right? It gets better! What our lawyers make us write This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer and may be discontinued at any time by OMIT without prior notification. Payment to the referrer shall be made by company cheque (or other legal form authorised by OMIT at its sole discretion) no earlier than thirty (30) days after the consummation of the purchase of an OMIT branded custom computer system. Return of the purchased computer system within 30 days will nullify and remove all responsibility of OMIT to pay the referred payment. Payments shall be mailed to the referrer at the address submitted to OMIT for amounts totalling $50 CDN or more. Payments of less than $50 will be withheld until said amount reaches or exceeds $50. All payments are in Canadian Dollars for sales within Canada and United States Dollars for sales to all other parts of the world. Payments will be assumed to be in Canadian Dollars where purchase locale becomes an issue. Although OMIT agrees to pay referrer, under no circumstances will there be any presumption of a relationship, partnership, employment, commission, or otherwise between the referrer and OMIT. This promotion applies only to full OMIT custom computer systems, and does not include components, upgrade kits, software products, whether individual or in multiple. Not applicable to OMIT staff, its affiliates, partners, or suppliers. No purchase necessary. Valid only where permitted by law. | |||||||||
