Deliveries
OMIT's Shipping department takes pride in its attention to order deliveries. Every effort is made to ensure that product is shipped to our customers within the prescribed durations and with the utmost in care.
Extending this diligency, OMIT has chosen to use the very best courier companies to ship your purchases. Yes, we are serviced by more than one courier company. That way, you can be guaranteed you will receive your product on time regardless what happens with the deliverer.
Below, you will find a schedule of delivery times and methods used by OMIT.
Please note that currently OMIT ships products via FedEx, UPS, DHL or Purolator (Canada only).
Details of your Order
During shipment, you can track your order online on this site. The tracking screen will display the order summary, approximate weight, date shipped, tracking waybill number and courier used.
Shipping Policies
Processing Time
- Peripheral, Component or Software Orders: Most orders placed before 11am PST during business days are shipped on the same day for orders that are paid with a valid credit card without any complications. Orders placed after 11am and during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day.
- Orders Which Include Computers: All computer orders require 7 days for assembly and testing, prior to shipment.
- Large orders (500+ units): may take up to 4 week to process before shipping.
Deliveries Within the Continental US
- 3 to 4 business days after processing to major centers by all shipping companies supported by OMIT
Deliveries to Territorial US
- 3 to 4 business days after processing to Hawaii and Puerto Rico via any shipping companies supported by OMIT
Deliveries Within Canada (OMIT Canada)
- up to 5 business days after processing across the country via any shipping companies supported by OMIT
International Deliveries (outside Canada and US)
- 6 to 8 business days after processing to most trading nations via any shipping companies supported by OMIT
- If you have your own customs broker, please specify at time of order
- Deliveries can be handled in conjunction with freight forwarders, brokers, or agents. Please specify third party handlers at time of order
Some exceptions apply to the above statements. Exceptions are: expensive consumer items and drop shipped items. Payment complications may include but are not limited to: different shipping and billing addresses, billing information inconsistent with what's on the credit card record, and orders that can't be verified by phone.
